McCREADIE 27/09/56 - 20/08/17 Passed away on 20 August 2017, Jacqueline, a loving mother, grandmother and partner to Ricky. Forever in our hearts. Funeral Mass will take place at 10.00am on Friday 1 September, at St Mary Star of the Sea, thereafter to Brisbane Glen Cemetery to which all are respectfully invited.
