SMITH - R. Russell Peacefully at the Ayrshire Hospice, Cumnock, on Tuesday 5th September 2023, aged 88. Russell, dearly beloved husband of Ellen, much loved father of Alison, Lesley and Russell, and dear grandfather of Matthew, James, Andrew, Sally, Julia, Oliver and Jessica. Russell was dearly loved and will be missed greatly. Funeral service will be held at Holmsford Bridge Crematorium, Dreghorn, Irvine, Ayrshire KA11 4EF on Tuesday 19th September at 12.30pm. Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to Children in Need and to the Ayrshire Hospice.
