West Kilbride's new tennis courts will provide an 'ace' welcome for Judy Murray when she visits on Wednesday 27 April.
The proud tennis mum, of world number two singles player Andy Murray, and current world number one doubles player Jamie Murray, will be carrying out a training session with village schoolchildren between 4-6pm.
The brand new floodlit all weather courts will be officially opened by Judy at 4pm in a short ceremony. There will also be refreshments.
It is part of Judy's Tennis on the Road programme which is a national scheme that aims to inspire coaches, children and parents to get involved in and stay in tennis.
Judy’s innovative coaching style and content gives everyone involved a great introduction into the basics of tennis in a fun and engaging way to help them master the fundamentals of the sport.
