Swim challenge.
Entry forms and sponsor sheets for this year's annual Cumbrae to Largs swim are now available.
The big swim takes place on Saturday 21 September from Cumbrae Watersports Centre to Largs Yacht Haven.
It is a fundraiser for local charity Gillian's Saltire Appeal which provides respite for people recovering from cancer.
