What a flap!
Motorists and the public have been warned to be careful after a chicken was spotted on the loose in Fairlie.
A message has just appeared on the village's website forum warning: " A chicken is on the loose in Castlepark Drive at the junction of School Brae - red colour."
The chicken on the run was reported on the village forum at approximately 3.30pm.
