Glen Scotia is one of the big names of Campbeltown, but one of the smallest Scotch whisky distilleries in Scotland.
Geraldo's in Main Street, Largs, is delighted to welcome Fiona Sutherland to showcase a selection of award-winning whiskies from this well-renowned and traditional distillery at this in-store tasting.
The event takes places this Saturday between 1-5pm.
To this day, Glen Scotia follows in the footsteps of their founders, distilling whisky using traditional methods, carefully creating the unique Campbeltown maritime style they’ve become world famous for.
This lovely distillery still maintains much of its original design, including the mashtun, the stillroom and the dunnage warehouse dating from the 1830s.
The last century saw turbulent times for the whisky distillers of Campbeltown, yet the Glen Scotia legacy endures.

This is a free in-store tasting with no booking required but numbers will be restricted in store at one time with strict health and safety procedures in place.
