A spokesperson explained: "We have focused on supporting the team through the changeover, delivering training and development and improving quality of product and service.
"We have also given the property some tender loving care - doing some deep cleaning and décor refreshes inside and out - and introduced some comfortable new furniture to our terrace area
"This really is a great property in a fabulous location.
"We are still getting to know it and our customers to understand what further enhancements we can make."

"It is a fantastic property in a great place, one that has so much to offer local people, day visitors and tourists.
"Our purpose as a business is to make hospitality better for everyone, so our overall aim is to make sure we can have a positive impact on our team and customers and elevate what was already a great experience at Brisbane House."
