North Ayrshire Family History Society are hosting regular meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 7.30pm.
Their workshops take place on the last Friday of the month from 2 -3.30pm. All meetings take place in Largs Museum.
They will also be hosting a special event on September 21 at 7.30pm when John Riddell will give a talk about Fairlie and the Fife Yachtbuilders.
This will be held in Fairlie Village Hall and optional donations of a suggested £2 will be collected for local charities.
Last time John gave this talk in June £180 was collected for Largs Foodbank.
