A PAIR barred from Wemyss Bay after being charged with causing a disturbance at the village's holiday park are set to stand trial - more than two years after the alleged incident.
Dionne Dawson — who hasn't attended court on a number of occasions over the allegation — and Craig Addie are accused of threatening behaviour, acting aggressively and making offensive remarks.
An arrest warrant for Dawson, 38, was issued in May after a court no-show and she was again absent from a calling of the case last week, with her lawyer reporting that she was 'unwell'.
Co-accused Addie, 33, is charged with making threats of violence during an alleged incident in March 2020.
The case is now due to be heard next April.
