Cumbrae Watersports Centre remains on the market after a community takeover bid fell short last year.
Sportscotland is looking to sell the facility, which welcomed thousands of guests every year for watersports activities on the island.
The property, which spans over 500,000 square feet, includes residential chalets, workshops, stores, yards and the principal building.

The property is being marketed by Galbraith for offers over £550,000.
