From WH Smith to a bargain bookshop, one of the biggest selling books in the industry in years was spotted for sale for a knockdown price in Largs today.
Prince Harry's controversial autobiography, 'Spare', is described by its publishers as a "landmark publication" which chronicles his journey with "unflinching honesty, revelation, self-examination, and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief" as he married Meghan Markle in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey before a dramatic and damaging split from the royal family.
And after a blaze of publicity earlier this year in Largs, with both windows of WH Smith featuring giant posters of the Prince, the best-selling book was spotted on sale for only £4.99 in the Red Cross Charity shop in Largs.
The book is currently for sale other retails such as Amazon for £14 and WH Smith for £15.
His bio is described as follows: "Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, is a husband, father, humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist.
"He resides in Santa Barbara, California, with his family and three dogs. Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex, is a husband, father, humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate, and environmentalist. He resides in Santa Barbara, California, with his family and three dogs."
Spare was released on January 10 and is published by Penguin Random House.
It is 416 pages long and available in digital, paperback, and hardcover formats, and has been translated into 15 languages.
