Sky and Virgin mobile phone users have been hit with a massive outage affecting users around the UK.
It is affecting mobile phone calls and internet access on phones this afternoon.
A Sky Mobile spokesperson said: "We are aware that some Sky Mobile customers are experiencing issues with making and receiving calls right now. We are investigating the issue and we are sorry for any inconvenience this may be causing."
