NORTH Ayrshire residents are to be offered an insight into the inner workings of Hunterston's two power stations.
Senior staff from both the A and B stations will be in attandance at the event later this week to explain the latest steps in the decommissioning of the two nuclear facilities.

The summit is the quarterly site stakeholders' meeting which involves councillors and community councillors.
The meeting is free for the public to attend and takes place at the Waterside Hotel in Seamill on Thursday, June 1 at 1.30pm.
Also in attendance are nuclear regulators ONR, and the Scottish Environment Protection Agency.
