A TV adventurer was a special visitor to Little Cumbrae this week after flying on to the island for a special event.
The island in the Firth of Clyde welcomed Bear Grylls, and participants in the Bear Grylls Survival Academy, for a day of activities including jumping from a helicopter, abseiling and teambuilding.
The TV star was on hand to guide participants through the day alongside instructors from the academy.
A spokesperson for the island said: “It was a privilege to welcome The Bear Grylls Survival Academy to Little Cumbrae to host a great corporate event.”
Little Cumbrae is uninhabited year-round, but visitors can access the island through special tours by local companies.
