A television drama is to be filmed in a local restaurant and garden centre next week.
But the owners of the Rowan Tree, David Castelvecchi and partner Abbie, have revealed on their Facebook page the exciting news about a tv company comiing to their premises to film.
Currently, they have yet to confirm what TV show is set to be filmed, but a source has told us that it will be ITV drama Rebus.
They say: "It's one week to go before The Rowan Tree is taken over by the filming crew.
"The Rowan Tree Restaurant and Garden Centre will be closed to the public on Wednesday July 26. Filming will begin very early in the morning and continue into late evening.
"Last year EE came to The Rowan Tree to film for a TV commercial.... This time filming will be for a British Drama series keep the guesses coming!
"We have begun preparations already for the crew coming, the back car park needs cleared of all our compost pallets to make way for all the film crew gear, and in fact, our car park isn't big enough for all the gear needed, so they are also going to have a seperate base at another location."
So keep an eye out next week for the crew on scene.
