AS the paddle steamer Waverley's summer Clyde season reaches its peak there are plenty of cruises to enjoy from Largs and Millport to points all around the Firth.
Here's what is happening this coming week:
Monday, July 24 – Steam Round Ailsa Craig
Set sail from Glasgow (09:30), Largs (12:10), Ayr (14:20) or Girvan (15:50) for a cruise round Ailsa Craig.
Return to Glasgow, Largs, and Girvan by inclusive coach from Ayr.
Tuesday, July 25 – Cruise Loch Long & Loch Goil
Choose from your preferred departure point – sail from Ayr (09:30), Largs (11:30), Greenock (13:00), Kilcreggan (13:30) or Blairmore (14:00) for a cruise of Loch Long & Loch Goil.
Return to Ayr by inclusive coach from Largs.
Wednesday, July 26 - Cruise Loch Fyne towards Ardrishaig
Depart from Largs (11:45), Rothesay (12:35), Tighnabruaich (13:30) or Tarbert (14:40) to cruise Loch Fyne towards Ardrishaig.
Wednesday, July 26 – Evening Cruise Round Bute
Step aboard at Tighnabruaich (17:30), Largs (19:25) or Millport (19:45) to join Waverley for the only evening cruise round the Isle of Bute in 2023.
Enjoy viewing the stunning coastline of Bute as Waverley sails through the magnificent Kyles of Bute.
Thursday, July 27 - Cruise North Arran Coast & Lochranza Bay
Glasgow Coach Connection (11:15), Largs (12:45), Millport (13:10) or Brodick (14:30) to sail across to the Isle of Arran and cruise up its stunning coast to Lochranza Bay.
Sunday, July 30 - Sail to Ardrishaig
Step aboard at Glasgow (09:15), Greenock (11:00), Largs (12:25) and Tarbert (14:15) to cruise up Loch Fyne to Ardrishaig with time ashore. Return to Glasgow by inclusive coach from Largs.
