PEOPLE are being asked to help police track down a man who has been missing from his home near Largs for almost 48 hours.
Police say Kenneth Logan was last seen on Main Road in Fairlie at around 2pm on Tuesday, July 25.
Mr Logan, who lives in Fairlie, is described as being white, 5ft 8in tall, and of slim build. He was short grey or white hair.
He was last known to be wearing a green/khaki baseball cap, a green and bottle green jumper, faded black jeans and grey shoes.
He also wears frameless glasses.
Sergeant Martin Fraser said: “We are concerned for Kenneth’s welfare and would urge anyone who believes they may have seen him or spoken to him since Tuesday afternoon to get in touch.
“We know he regularly walks in the Fairlie area, near to Fairlie Castle and Kelburn Country Park. He also walks regularly between Largs and Hunterston coal pier.
“Anyone who can help is asked to call 101, quoting reference 3199 of 25 July.”
