Television crews have descended on North Ayrshire in recent weeks as filming gets underway for a new drama.
Crews have been spotted at the Rowan Tree Garden Centre near Ardrossan, as well as in the Ardeer area.
The show they are filming is Rebus, a new adaptation of the surly detective created by Scottish author, Ian Rankin.
Rebus is being produced by Nordic streaming service Viaplay, with the adaption starring Richard Rankin.
The six-part series will be on our screens next year, with the plot focusing on the plight of the returning Detective Rebus, who has been demoted and has a new colleague.
The Rowan Treet Garden Centre on the A78 reopened on Thursday following the filming, which saw heavy security at the site.
Filming has also been taking place at locations around Glasgow, including the iconic Oran Mor music venue.
