A woman's commute from Cumbrae to college has gone viral online after racking up over 1.2 million views.
The TikTik user, known as Laurie, posted a video of her commute to college which starts at 6.45am every morning with a bus ride to the Cumbrae slip.
She heads across the water to Largs before catching a train and a bus to West College Scotland's campus in Paisley.
She is able to return home at around 3pm, with only three hours of her day being taken up by classes.
Laurie also revealed the cost of her daily commute, with her journey totalling £15.52 a day, or over £180 per month.
The Millport local, who studies social sciences, said: "Not once will I ever understand why I chose a college so far away, and why I've chosen it again for next year."
Users on the TikTok video, which has racked up 193,000 likes and over 2,300 comments, were quick to praise her for her dedication.
One said: "A commute? Girl this is a JOURNEY", whilst another commented "10 HOURS AND ONLY 3 OF WHICH ARE CLASSES?!"
"I will never take my 30-minute commute for granted ever," admitted another viewer, whilst another said: "You’re gonna tell your kids that you had to go on a boat and climb over hills to go to school and it’s actually true."
