Largs Station gardeners are delighted to add another beautifully carved bench to their many attractions.
Funding was received from the Kelburn Wind Farm Trust towards helping beautify the garden area, which provides a welcoming sight next to the train platform.
Secretary Colin Golightly said: "We are grateful to have received funding for the bench after a successful bid to the Kelburn Wind Farm trustees.
"The gardening team again commissioned Dunoon craftsman, Andy Maclachlan , to create a stunning and comfortable seat.
"The many visitors to this wonderful town resource can admire, enjoy and relax on a lovely work of art."
Pictured above are some of the 40 or so garden volunteers, and, below, craftsman Andy with his wife Joan on the newly located bench.
