Skelmorlie Scouts enjoyed the thrills and spills of a ghost train on their recent trip to Scarborough.
It certainly put the adventure into adventure scouting as the youngsters had a great time on their big summer trip.
The cubs enjoyed their first outing of the week to John Bull's World Of Rock. The kids loved making their own rock before touring the factory and enjoying a sweet treat or two.
There were also visits to some classic fairground rides at Scarborough Fair Collection, the Naval Warfare, Peasholm Park, an open top bus tour and shopping on the beach front. The cubs had another go at karting before heading to the low ropes course.
There was also some caving on the cave bus, games store and making a Hollywood Walk of Fame star.
The final outing of the week was to Gullivers Kingdom Matlock and the weather was kind and a great day was had by all.
Well done to the pack holiday trophy winners, the Orange Six.
