Police in Ayrshire have issued a warning over thieves targeting work vans across the area.
Officers say thieves stole from vans in Ayr, Kilmarnock and Newmilns between 12am and 10am on Thursday.
Thefts were reported in Cessnock Place, Holmston Drive and Forehill Road in Ayr, and Cochrane Place, Loudon Road and Girvan Crescent in Newmilns.
Incidents also took place in Earleston Avenue, Blacksyke Avenue, Caprington Avenue and Maxwell Gardens in Kilmarnock.
Inspector Iain Farmer said: "We would appeal to anyone who has any information regarding the thefts or who may have any relevant CCTV or ring doorbell footage, to contact Police Scotland on 101 and quote incident number 0251 of August 17. Details can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
"I would like to take this opportunity to remind members of the public to ensure that their vehicles and houses are locked and secured to prevent any opportunists from carrying out similar incidents."
