Lochwinnoch Feel Good Festival is back for 2023 with over 100 individual events during its two-week programme.
The festival aims to connect people with each other, as well as to activities and organisations which will support ongoing wellbeing.
The main family fun day takes place on September 9 in Lochwinnoch Park, with entertainment, a community picnic, beer tent, silent disco and therapy tent.
There will also be circus skills, musical instruments, kids crafts, a storytelling tent and dance workshops.
Other events include a Wellbeing Fair in McKillop Institute on September 16, and LOCHstock – a holistic day of folk music on the same date.
There is also a creative writing workshop with award winning novelist Kirstin Innes on September 11, and a fermenting demonstration with Nourished by Nature on September 17.
