The Largs Viking Festival returns in a blaze of glory, with an exciting schedule of events from September 2-10.
It includes all the usual favourites including the opening parade, Viking Village entertainment stage, food and craft market, and The Festival of Fire.
There is also the spectacular dual Spitfire flypast, which will be happening over both days of the second weekend of the festival (September 9 and 10) at approximately 1pm.
After its success last year, the Sea Dragon sailings are making a triumphant return, providing trips from Largs Pier, and in addition, from Cumbrae for the first time this year.
The festival is extending its reach to the Isle of Cumbrae, with further events taking place over both weekends at The Garrison in Millport. For more details about all the events below, please go to www.largsvikingfestival.org.uk
