Largs Model Boat Club is hosting its popular annual open day on September 2.
The event takes place at Aubery Pond from 11am until 3pm.
There will be all kinds of boats on static display as well as boats in the water, with one or two available for visitors to have a go.
There will be also be a raffle drawn during the event, and the RNLI will be present with many items for sale.
The club is shipshape - and is looking to bring younger members on board.
The group, which has been a fixture at the town’s Aubery Pond for over 40 years, regularly sees around 20 enthusiasts meet twice a week to share their love of the hobby.
A spokesperson said that although membership is strong, he is hoping a new influx can put some extra wind in their sails.
He explained: “In general we have an older membership, and we’re trying to get some younger people along."
