Roadworks are taking place on the A78 at Hunterston are due to start on Monday (August 28).
The works form part of road maintenance carried out by Amey, on behalf of Transport Scotland.
There will be Stop/Go signs in place for traffic on both northbound and southbound directions.
The works will be taking place, off peak, between 9.30am and 3.30pm, and are expected to last until mid-September.
