A well known Italian restaurant in Largs is up for two gongs at the Scottish Italian awards.
Allegria restaurant in Gallowgate Street opened two years ago and been a big success story in the town.
Owned by Maria Tims, the eatery has gone from strength to strength since opening, with a number of accolades.
Allegria was first voted the Best Newcomer at the 2021 Scottish Italian awards - after a £100,000 makeover of the former Morris's Steakhouse premises in town, and went highly recommended for its pasta dishes at last year's awards.
And the latest is being nominated for two big awards in this prestigious competition.
Maria said: "We’re really proud to have been invited to the The Italian Awards competition this year based on our finalist position from past years– and now we need your votes to win it!
"We’ve been short listed in the "Scotland's best pasta chef" and Scotland's best chef category, and we’d really appreciate your votes to help us get over the finish line.
"Voting shouldn’t take longer than three minutes so if you would like to show your appreciation to our hard work it would very much be appreciated."
