One of Scotland's most celebrated contemporary poets is heading to an event in Largs tomorrow evening.
Kevin P Gilday is the guest speaker at Words n' Poems - Largs' informal spoken word night at Sharps Bar in Nelson Street, Largs.
The event takes place on October 3, starting at 7.30pm.
Kevin is an award winning poet and performer, a BBC writers room Scottish voice and a National Theatre of Scotland breakthrough writer.
He recently appeared in the Saltire Society's 40 under 40 list of outstanding Scottish creative talent.
The event is hosted by Heather Meldrum, and there will be sets by Allan Gaw, Polly Bee, Donna Matthew, and Largs poets, George Whitestone and Jack Muir. Open mic slots are available.
