Largs based singing sensation Brown Bear has been added to the list for a special Celtic Connections event in Glasgow in January which will see him take the stage with other leading lights in the Scottish musical industry.
Brown Bear singer Matt Hickman is thrilled to be appearing in the line-up, which includes some very familiar names.
He said: "I’ve been asked by Roddy Hart to be one of the guest artists for Roaming Roots Revue: Songs of Modern Scotland show for Celtic Connections at the Royal Concert Hall in Glasgow on 21st January.
"I am over the moon to be joining the likes of Roddy, Kathryn Joseph, Justin Currie and Biffy Clyro’s Simon Neil.
"This year the RCS Orchestra will be helping Roddy and The Lonesome Fire to perform for the first time in its history, 'the Great Scottish-Songbook'.
"This will be an unforgettable of music, do not miss it."
