A key Largs road close to the town centre is to be closed on November 2.
Gallowgate Lane will be closed from 9.30am to 6pm due to Scottish Water ironwork repairs.
The junction is an 80-metre distance to the Lade Street junction, and is well used for access to the seafront.
Diversions will be signposted.
