A flood alert has been issued for Ayrshire and Arran, following a yellow weather warning in the region overnight.
SEPA says heavy rain overnight and into the morning today could lead to localised flooding from rivers and surface water.
A Met Office yellow warning for rain expired at 10am this morning, after being put in place at midnight.
A SEPA spokesperson said: "The highest risk is in northern and far southern parts of the region.
"Any impacts are most likely to include localised flooding to low-lying land and roads and disruption to travel, but localised property flooding is also possible.
"Remain vigilant and remember, it is your responsibility to take actions which help protect yourself and your property."
