THE wintry weather that's struck Largs in recent days hasn't put a famous dancing couple showing off their moves in the town.
John and Patricia Irvine shot to internet fame back in 2019 after a video capturing them waltzing to the music from Quilly's Amusements on Largs seafront went viral online.
The lovestruck couple famous for their open-air dancing have returned to the town, captivating visitors once more.
But with the adverse weather of late, they have instead shuffled their way indoors for the cosy environment of The George Bar in the Main Street.
The original clip attracted millions of views online and brought them praise for giving Strictly Come Dancing a run for its money.
The pair have admitted that they are flabbergasted by the amount of interest their online video has generated over the years.
John is 79 and Patricia is 92.
Both widowed, they met four years ago and married - and their dancing delights are continuing to stop people in their tracks to watch as their magical dancing vibe continues to amaze.
A spokesperson for The George said: "They are an absolute delight and brighten everyone’s day when they come in and dance."
