Largs bar The George is tonight hosting a band from London that is making a 900-mile round trip to perform in Ayrshire as part of a double bill of live entertainment.
On Friday The Micky Kemp Band will be kicking off at 9pm at the Main Street bar, followed by local father and son duo ‘The Coves’ at 8.30pm on Saturday.
Staff at The George bar have urged music fans to come out and support the live acts.
In a message on their Facebook page, they say: "As always folks it’s more important now than ever to support your local.
"We love to hear from you guys on Facebook and love it even more when you come into the pub and party with us. Please feel free to share and interact."
