The team at the Cameron Centre in Largs has unveiled plans for a trip to the Highlands in the spring.
The group at the centre in Lade Street are preparing for a four day holiday to Oban, staying at the Great Western Hotel in April.
There are still some twin and double rooms available. Please phone Norman at the centre for more information.
The centre's weekly draw is held every Monday at 11am. Winners are given a £10 voucher on the first Monday of the month, and a £5 voucher on each other Monday. The winners of last week's draw were Irene Carter, Marion Cameron, Irene Carter and Joan Galt.
The busy weekly itinerary is as follows.
Monday 11.45am-12.45pm: Keep Fit with Sharon from KA Leisure.
Every first and third Tuesday, 10.30-11.30am: Citizens Advice Bureau (appointment only).
Every second Tuesday, 10-11.30am: Sensory Impaired Support Group, all members of the community welcome to attend.
Every first and third Wednesday: Light lunch and entertainment or film with ice cream.
Every second and fourth Wednesday from 2-3pm: Bingo.
Every fourth Wednesday from 10am-12noon: Dementia adviser Linda Ross from Alzheimer Scotland is available to give support and advice to the whole community.
On the last Friday of every month from 10am until 12noon, there are bacon and sausage butties with tea or coffee for £2.
