A BUSY post office and cafe in the town centre of Largs has been put up for sale.
The Largs Post Office and Tea in the Square Cafe on Gallowgate Square, has been put on the commercial property market.
The business was relocated from a nearby property by the current owners in 2017, who used the extra space to create the cafe.
An online listing for the property states that the two businesses "operate well together".
It states: "The two businesses operate well together with the café side benefitting from the high footfall generated by the Post Office.
"Both trade six days a week with one owner operating the Post Office with four other staff whilst the other owner trades the café side with two other members of staff, helping each other out when necessary."
The cafe offers sit-in, takeaway or delivery through the JustEat app.
It also benefits from the Saturday market which takes place in the square in front of the shop.
There is an ice cream bike included in the sale for use on the promenade in Largs.
The online listing for the property, at the website of commercial property agents RightBiz, states that the post office has a "remuneration of £64,000 with the potential to expand on current operation."
The property has been put up for sale for £165,000.
