CALEDONIAN MacBrayne has announced plans to hold two public engagement events in Millport this week to discuss the ongoing issues with the Cumbrae ferry service.
The events are taking place on Tuesday April 23 and will include senior management who will be available to answer questions and provide information on the current situation.
The drop-in events will be taking place at The Garrison at 3-5pm and 6-7.30pm and offers the opportunity to talk about the recent issues affecting the ferry service, and to get clarity on recent breakdowns and the provision of alternative vessels.
The MV Loch Shira has been out of action since April 5 and is not expected back in service till mid June at the earliest, while the MV Loch Riddon has also suffered ramp issues.
