DRIVERS have been warned of the possibility for disruption in Largs due to forthcoming roadworks on the A78.
Amey, who carry out of maintenance on the trunk road on behalf of Transport Scotland, are scheduled to carry out roadworks on Irvine Road between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Monday, April 29.
Amey say they anticipate 'little or no delay' throughout the duration of the works, with portable traffic lights operating on the day.
Roadworks are also set to begin next week on the A78 near the Routenburn junction.
That work is being carried out by Diona Construction Limited (secondary) and Nexfibre (Virgin Media O2) and will see temporary traffic lights in place until May 12.
