A new friendship group meets in Largs on Thursday mornings and is open to the community to get involved.
The Coffee and Chat session takes place in Costa Coffee on a Thursday mornings from 10am till 12 noon.
The event is for people who have experienced a divorce or a separation, or the death of a partner.
The event is called 'Coffee Together' and Costa describe it as an opportunity to spend time with others, join in for coffee and chat, and to come together.
Largs spiritualist medium Jane Dawson is a regular attendee and told the News that it is a good opportunity to meet people, and find like minded interests.
Jane says she already has a group interested in spiritual healing.
