Largs police's continuing clampdown on dangerous drivers in the Greenock Road area continued with a recent arrest made.
The area is frequently a concern raised by members of the public, with regular police patrols taking place.
And police officers have confirmed that an arrest took place on April 27 in Greenock Road.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
The matter was highlighted in the crime report provided by Police Scotland to Largs Community Council which covers crime statistics from mid-April to mid-May.
