A popular village café and restaurant in West Kilbride could offer outdoor dining after plans were lodged with council officials.
The owners of Ziggy's Restaurant have submitted a planning application for a terrace area to the side of the current building on Main Street.
No additional information or documents that detail the potential dining plans have been submitted with the formal planning application.
If the application is given the green light by council officials, the existing outdoor space of the C-listed building converted into an enclosed outdoor eating area.
North Ayrshire Council's planning department is considering the application and a decision is expected by Wednesday, June 19.
