A new summer programme of free meals for children have been revealed at The Church of The Nazarene in Largs.

The place of worship regularly hosts its Common Ground events on Thursday afternoons, which offers dinner for a suggested donation of £2 for adults, and free for children.

And the Common Ground event returns tomorrow after a recent break.

A spokesperson said on Wednesday afternoon: "We're back! Join us tomorrow for dinner at Common Ground.

"Our summer schedule is slightly different - doors open at 4:30 and dinner is served from 5-6pm.

"We've got an updated menu to go along with our updated space.

"Still only £2 for adults & kids always eat free! See you soon!"

Treats to look forward to on June 6 include Southern BBQ chicken, sweetcorn and macaroni, while next week on June 13 it is an Italian theme with pasta, focaccia and more.
