DRIVERS in Largs and the surrounding area are being warned of roadworks on the A78, starting in a few days' time.
Infrastructure company Openreach is due to carry out work on the trunk road near the entrance to Largs Yacht Haven.
The utility works are planned to take place between 8pm and 6am every night from Monday, July 8 until Thursday, July 11.
Portable traffic lights will be in place throughout the duration of the works.
Amey, which is responsible for maintenance of the A78 on behalf of Transport Scotland, under the south-west Scotland trunk roads contract say there will be a slight delay to traffic movements as a result of the work.
