The countdown begins to the Largs RNLI Rubber Duck Race on the Gogo Burn this Saturday which certainly puts the fun into fundraiser.
Tickets are on sale in the Largs RNLI shop, open daily this week from 1:30pm until 4:30pm.
Tickets will also be on sale on Saturday morning from 10.30am to 11.45am on the bridge at the Gogo Burn where the ducks are launched into the water at midday.
Around 1,000 ducks will be launched into the Gogo from the bridge near the Morrison's roundabout, and the first sponsored duck that reaches the finish line at the Mackerston bridge receives a prize of £100. There are also other cash prizes on the day.
The event has been running in Largs for over 25 years, having raised money for lots of different causes, and is fun for all the family.
