EMERGENCY services have been called to the scene of a one-vehicle crash between Kilbirnie and Largs.
McGill's have confirmed that one of their buses was involved in a crash that happened on the A760 in the Blairpark area at around 3.30pm on Thursday, July 11.
Police Scotland have confirmed that the road has now re-opened between Swinlees and the Haylie Brae.
Emergency services were at the scene.
A spokesperson from the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We received the call at 3.52pm on Thursday, July 11.
"Operations control mobilised four appliances to the incident.
A spokesperson for McGill’s Buses said: “We can confirm one of our vehicles was involved in a road traffic incident on the A760 between Kilbirnie and Largs this afternoon.
“Police and other emergency services attended the incident as well as a response team from McGill’s. All passengers and the driver are now safely off the vehicle.”
