A PERSON has been charged with a series of offences following an incident in a street in Largs - including the alleged possession of a knife.
Police say that a person was charged following an incident in Frazer Street on Tuesday, July 2.
They say the individual was charged in connection with allegations of police assault, resisting arrest, possession of a knife, and possession of drugs, and was subsequently taken into custody.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
The item appeared in the crime report provided to Largs Community Council, covering crimes committed in Largs between mid-June and mid-July.
