One person has been rushed to hospital following a road collision on the A78 near Largs.
The incident happened on the A78 near Meigle in Skelmorlie on the morning of Sunday, July 21.
Police have confirmed that a motorist has been arrested and charged in connection with the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “We were called around 11.05am on Sunday, 21 July, to a report of a three-vehicle crash at Bridgend at the junction with the A78, Skelmorlie.
“Emergency services attended and one person was taken to hospital by the Scottish Ambulance Service.
“A 30 year-old woman has been charged in connection with a road traffic offence.”
