Police have confirmed a 100 per cent detection rate in alleged assault incidents in Largs during the past month.
The figures were revealed in statistics provided at the most recent community council meeting in the town.
The reporting period covers mid-June to mid-July.
The first incident on July 2 saw a person charged in connection with police assault, resisting arrest, threats, possess knife and drugs, as recently reported.
The second incident took place in Largs Main Street on July 2 when another individual was arrested in connection with assault, and making verbal threats.
The third incident occurred on June 16 in the town's Allanpark Street which resulted in an arrest.
Police pointed out that the monthly report showed a decrease in assault incidents reported in comparison with previous months, with a 'spike' reported in March which saw double the incidents.
