A person has been arrested in connection with a report of threatening behaviour and resisting arrest in Largs.
The incident is alleged to have happened in the town's Auchenmaid Drive on July 19.
According to the latest monthly crime report provided by Police Scotland to members of Largs Community Council, as well as making threats, and giving verbal abuse the person resisted arrest when police appeared on the scene.
The matter has been detected, and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal, police have confirmed.
The latest crime report covered the period of mid July to mid August.
