A person has been charged with a number of offences after an incident in Largs town centre which occurred on July 31.
Police have confirmed that an arrest has taken place in relation to assault, threats and vandalism in Main Street.
The matter was detected by police, and a report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
The incident was contained within the monthly crime report provided by Police Scotland to Largs Community Council.
