A man in possession of a knife was making threats in a Largs street, according to a police report.
The incident happened on August 10 when it is alleged that the person displayed 'threatening behaviour' in Holehouse Road.
A report was sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Police confirmed that the matter was detected in their monthly crime briefing papers to the community council.
It was one of five disorder offences which featured in the reporting period of mid July to mid August, all of which were detected by police and led to arrests.
